Throughout the contest, Finer, Shea, and Elliot orchestrated the offense from the backfield, distributing the disc and directing Colorado’s attack.

Colorado held a slight edge in most major statistical categories through halftime, but momentum began to shift in the fourth quarter. By the final whistle, San Diego had narrowly surpassed Colorado in several key metrics.

One of the biggest differences in the game was huck efficiency. San Diego completed 14 of its 21 huck attempts, while Colorado connected on only 8 of 17. The disparity once again highlighted a lingering challenge for the Apex following the departure of longtime offensive leader Nethercutt.

Colorado did excel in the red zone, converting 85 percent of its opportunities compared to San Diego’s 75 percent. The Apex’s efficiency near the end zone remained one of the team’s strengths throughout the contest.

Overall, the two teams posted similar numbers across most statistical categories. San Diego held a slight advantage in O-Line Conversion Percentage at 55 percent compared to Colorado’s 50 percent. Colorado, meanwhile, led the D-Line Conversion Percentage battle, converting 45 percent of its opportunities compared to San Diego’s 40 percent.
