Centennial, CO = Won Jeong) Denver Summit FC has loaned French international goalkeeper Pauline Peyraud-Magnin to Crystal Palace FC Women for the 2026-27 season.

Denver and Crystal Palace officially announced the loan on Wednesday, Aug. 5. Peyraud-Magnin, who joined the Summit in February, will spend the season with Crystal Palace in England’s Women’s Super League (WSL).

“Pauline was a great presence to the start of our expansion year and has continued to demonstrate her incredible professionalism and work ethic since joining us in preseason,” Denver Summit FC General Manager Curt Johnson said.

“She is a true professional in every sense and we are excited for this opportunity for her.”

Peyraud-Magnin is an experienced member of the French national team, having earned 76 senior caps.

She was most recently called up during the June FIFA international window, starting two World Cup qualifying matches against the Netherlands. France recorded a win and a draw in those two matches.

The veteran goalkeeper has also represented France on some of the biggest stages in international soccer, including the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup, UEFA Women’s Euro 2022, the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup and the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Peyraud-Magnin also brings extensive experience at the club level.

After making her professional debut in 2009, she played for Olympique Lyonnais, Paris SO Cœur, Saint-Étienne and Marseille in France before moving abroad to Arsenal in England and Atlético Madrid in Spain.

She joined Juventus in 2021 and spent approximately four and a half seasons with the Italian club before transferring to Denver in February 2026. Across her career with some of Europe’s top clubs, Peyraud-Magnin has collected 26 trophies.

The loan marks a return to English soccer for Peyraud-Magnin. Having previously played for Arsenal from 2018 to 2020, the French goalkeeper is already familiar with the demands of the WSL.

Crystal Palace enters the 2026-27 WSL season as a newly promoted side, and Peyraud-Magnin’s extensive international and European club experience is expected to add experience and depth to the squad.

Crystal Palace will open its 2026-27 WSL campaign on Aug. 22.
