[Event] NDK 2024 Returns More Spectacular Than Ever
(Denver = Wongeol Jeong) From Thursday, August 30, to Sunday, September 1, the largest Anime Fan event in Colorado will take place.
On the 11th, the nonprofit organization Rocky Mountain Anime Association announced that Nan Desu Kan (NDK) 2024 will be held at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center.
Celebrating its 27th anniversary this year, NDK has established itself as the largest event and festival for Anime fans residing in Colorado.
NDK has not only catered to Anime fans but has also served as a cultural exchange platform for K-pop and J-pop fans, meeting their needs. In line with this, NDK has incorporated K-pop and J-pop Dance events into its program, furthering its role as a cultural ambassador.
Additionally, this year’s NDK will offer a variety of attractions, including a car show, model show, and art gallery.
Starting with the Night Market on the evening of August 29, NDK will feature many renowned voice actors, such as Kikuko Inoue, who has voiced characters like Kasumi Tendo in Ranma 1/2, Belldandy in Ah! My Goddess, Minerva Orland in Fairy Tail, and Lust in Fullmetal Alchemist. Other notable voice actors, including Macy Anne Johnson and Howard Wang, will also be participating, meeting the high expectations of fans.
The Rocky Mountain Anime Association, the event organizer, announced that they support SafeHouse Denver, an organization that aids adults, children, and adolescents from domestic violence. This significant contribution to the local community adds even more meaning to the event, making NDK a truly noteworthy occasion.
